These guys have been very impressive since the first time I contacted them. They contacted me within less than 30 minutes of me putting my job on ratedpeople.com and were very thorough thereafter. After diagnosing the problem, we were advised that the boiler needed changing. Given that this was such a big job, we felt we needed to get a series of quotes, however, they gave us by far the best quotation. Despite being much cheaper than other quotes we were given, I have not felt that this was due to any lowering of standards or service. The guys that came round to replace the boiler were friendly, punctual and very efficient. They had the new boiler in and finished within a day. Overall, I have been very impressed with the work carried out. The reason for the work and how it would all be carried out was well explained (given that I have no real understanding of plumbing) and it was all done in a friendly manner. The customer service since the first call out has been absolutely first class and I will certainly not hesitate to contact these guys again if I ever have another plumbing problem. John and his team were excellent and I would not doubt to recommend them. They were very punctual and worked quickly and neatly. They explained everything they were doing for the project so we completely understood what was provided. When we changed our mind about the boiler location to a completely different part of the house they took this in their stride. In the end the work included changing all of the radiators, relocating a new a rated combi-boiler in the first floor bathroom, stripping out old gas supplies and rerouting one to the future cooker and taking water and heating feeds to the loft for future expansion. They were excellent and made this part of the job go like a dream (which not all contractors do). If we do any further plumbing works we will definitely use them again.
