Charges continued
- We are a VAT registered company and will not accept cash bribes to exclude VAT.
- VAT is charged at 20%.
- We charge 15% mark up on all supplied materials.
- We accept payment by Cash, cheque and debit/credit cards.
- Interim payments are due on request.
- All jobs are invoiced clearly stating labour and materials.
- All payments due on receipt of the invoice.
- We do take card payments over the phone.
Guarantees
- Any workmanship is covered by a two year Guarantee.
- All materials are covered by the standard manufactures warrantee.
- Boilers, cylinders, heat pumps and solar systems come with various guarantee periods depending on the product purchased.
- We are committed to not leaving our customers for longer than 24 hours without heating and hot water.
- Our reputation is vital to us so fulfilling on our promise to you is paramount.

- We are committed to rectify any after sales issues within 3 days.
- Any problems after the two year guarantee period will be rectified without charge if we feel that the problem was caused by poor workmanship.
